Condi for sellers, manufacturers and importers
What changes when
buyers arrive together?
Tell Condi what you would do differently if real buyers arrived together.
You can bring conditional supply before buyer demand exists. A firm commitment can give agents a useful opportunity beyond ordinary retail listings. You do not necessarily need to stock inventory first; delivery and service promises must be explicit.
Illustrative seller propositions · not live commitments
What could shared demand unlock?
- 50 units → price X
- 300 buyers → launch delivery in Israel
- 100 buyers → official local warranty
- 200 orders → stock a specific variant
- Private cohort pricing → keep public MSRP separate
These illustrate the product direction. Current rounds require explicit public prices, supported variants and concrete delivery/warranty terms. Unpriced access or service triggers and private commercial terms are not saved or executed by this prototype.
Supply before buyers
Define what a cohort unlocks before liquidity exists. A firm conditional commitment can attract compatible demand; interest alone cannot be presented as a deal.
Less speculative inventory
Procure against a cleared cohort rather than a pure forecast. A failed MOQ does not create winning orders.
Lower acquisition effort
An existing set of compatible buyers may reduce the work and cost of finding each customer. No CAC reduction is guaranteed.
Cohort pricing
A cohort can have different economics from public MSRP. Private cohort pricing is a product direction; current V0 rounds publish exact tiers, so do not submit confidential prices to them.
Variant and market signals
See coarse demand buckets by variant before binding. Use them to assess a product mix or entry into a country.
Time to improve economics
A later, explicit delivery date may make procurement or import economics work. Buyers’ delivery constraints still apply.
How sellers participate
Lead with supply, or respond to demand.
- 01
State what a cohort unlocks
Bring conditional terms before buyers exist, or inspect a coarse demand brief: variant buckets, BIE and deadline spread. Existing demand is not a prerequisite for an admin to enter a public round.
- 02
Submit an offer with quantity tiers
For V0, name exact supported variants, public all-in prices, MOQ, capacity, deposit, warranty, delivery and refund terms. An admin approves and opens the round, even with no active buyer demand. Standing offers before a round need backend support.
- 03
Buyers choose hard commitments
Qualifying buyers pay refundable deposits directly at your checkout, using a Condi reference. You or the admin confirm paid references.
- 04
Condi clears the deepest feasible tier
At the end of the window plus confirmation grace, the lowest feasible price clears. Capacity is allocated by payment-confirmation order.
- 05
Fulfill and refund
Fulfill winning orders and refund released deposits within your terms. This includes below-price and over-capacity buyers even when an offer clears.
Buyer privacy is part of the market
Condi does not reveal individual reservation prices.
Before binding: sellers see coarse variant buckets: <10, 10–24, 25–49, 50–99, 100+. No buyer price information.
After binding: sellers see the qualified count for their own offer, aggregate progress and operational references with variant, status and payment time. They never receive exact buyer limits through Condi.
You learn a buyer’s identity only when they pay at your own checkout. A released deposit can reveal which of your price tier bands their limit reached; the buyer is told before paying. Public market counts follow a separate privacy rule: exact at 5 or more.

Prepare a conditional supply brief.
Use this brief in your conversation with Condi. Discuss standing conditional supply even before buyers exist. The admin can enter public priced commitment rounds in the prototype; standalone supply records, private prices, quote triggers and self-service seller submission are not available yet. This page does not submit or send anything. No public contact address has been configured.
I would like to discuss conditional supply for Condi, even before buyers exist. Product / exact variants and destination: [details] Commitment type: [interest / promise to quote at a threshold / firm conditional offer] What changes if a cohort arrives: [quantity → all-in price, delivery access, warranty or variant availability] Minimum cohort, capacity and supply validity: [quantities / date] Disclosure preference: [public tiers / private cohort terms / triggered RFQ] Seller identity and verification evidence: [details / evidence] Delivery promise, warranty and service: [terms] For a current V0 public commitment round: [all-in VAT + delivery tiers, refundable seller-held deposit, checkout URL, latest delivery, refund business days] I understand private terms, quote triggers and standalone supply records are not supported in V0; this brief is for a manual conversation, not a saved or verified commitment.
For a binding V0 round, Condi holds no money. You must support refundable deposits with reference codes, refund subsets of a cleared cohort and fulfill the binding terms you quote.
