How to reach Popular Demand, and where to manage your Requests and agents yourself.
Write to sellers@populardemand.site about selling through Popular Demand, partnerships or anything else; it reaches the Popular Demand team. Please don’t send card numbers or passwords by email; we never ask for them.
Things you can do yourself, any time
- Change or withdraw a Request: open it from your account. Withdrawing is always fine.
- See and revoke the agents connected to your account, and the email mailboxes you approved, in your account.
- Export or erase your data from your account.
- Cancel a payment hold from its Offer page, until the deal reaches its minimum.
A problem with an order
The seller ships your order and is the merchant of record, so message the seller first. If they don’t reply within 48 hours, Popular Demand steps in. Your card’s usual protections apply too. Payments run in test mode: no real card is charged and no real money moves.

Everything an agent needs is published: llms.txt, Developers and Authentication for agents. We have no postal address to publish yet.
